Light – Single reading lamp with 100w bulb
Backdrop – Black cloth hung over a clothes rack coming on to the bed, secret is to keep the backdrop in shadow.
Camera on tripod, manual mode – shutter 1/4 sec Aperture 3.3 or there abouts.
Soft focus – using a gauze in front of lens

Post processing – Noise reduction and level correction using NeatImage
