Unfortunately keyboard from an early age has meant that he is very averse to writing using pencil and paper, same is the problem with reading handwritten text, We intend to remedy this in summer - don't know how successful we will be.

I suffered from a similar problem - I started typing before writing. (Of course, in those days there was no Quake or Reader Rabbit CDs - I remember some ABC game, and Monster Math game written in BASIC)! The only remaining effect of that is that my handwriting sucks!

But it's OK these days, handwriting is kinda obsolete anyway. :-)

He already feels it is not a good idea – two of his girl friends (yeah you have them at 5 now) came home and were absolutely unimpressed with his skills – But Pooh bear VCD won their hearts
