Happy LJ anniversary.
]]>If I am not wrong, your question is “why one keeps a log or a journal” and not “why people have lj accounts and update them regularly”. Yes, these two are different things.
For me, I think that life seems different when you think about incidents at different points of time. Your mood changes, your conditions change and you look back and see what you were going through and then you think “oh! that was so stupid of me to think like that a year back” OR “ah! I was right and its happening exactly the same way”.
Sometimes, we promise ourselves things that we would do, but then we are not able to accomplish the same and we lie to ourselves. A log would show you your own self whenever you want to look at yourself and I think sometimes this is important because its too easy to get lost in the day to day “gulata” that we go through.
]]>but now that i have been doing this for sometime..i like the fact that i can get an insight into other peoples lives..their perspective on issues..their outlook..a lot of times i read blogs and it makes me think..makes me amused..i learn…
]]>Getting to know some amazing people has been one great plus.
