I’m used to hot (as in Chilli hot) Asian food, not the sweet stuff that they server.

The Chinese Chinese I have eaten is indeed weird (bland) as compared to what we get in India BUT definitely not sweet. Hmm… may be what I ate was Thai Chinese, but again since it contained no lemon grass it cannot be said as Thai 😀
