Lucky you, now we will be paying Rs0.80 per min for local call earlier it was Rs0.40, not only that the more you use the higher rates you have to pay where as Cable Internet can be as cheap as Rs750 per month.

I guess these are growing pains of an emerging economy where things are still getting balanced out…. ….

We spend almost 8-10 hours daily on the net using dial-up connections, this if billed by the minute it will mean a huge amount 🙁
