Since I almost never get a phone call nor do I call anyone I decided to splurge the left over money from my watch purchase on a W850i. I was a bit reluctant because of the slider design but then I do not need a key pad

Wouldn’t an ipod have been a better buy?
Had considered but was not really a good choice – I said I *almost never* get a phone call but the fact is that I still need to carry a phone, also there are times when I use GPRS as well….
Did you buy your lens aswell?
Nope, wildlife photography has taken a back seat and is likely to be that way for sometime now, but I have picked up a Sony Cybershot T9 to carry around in my pocket

going by the pictures Japs prefer cameras with viewfinders – T9 does not have it – it just has a large LCD
