    I’d hope so ;p

The training/work-out schedules here (in North America) that I am aware of generally work progressively, from layer to layer, and you’re constantly (every 6-8 weeks) changing/increasing the intensity of workouts, and working different parts of the body so as to not completely wear out one part while neglecting the other parts …

… you realize the same thing with martial arts too, I think. You learn skills in one area for a few weeks, and then soon after start on a new technique which makes you realize you’ve still got fat/flab in areas you thought you didn’t have ;/

I did give up gymming as the trainer said I had to push myself to ever-higher levels of workout; I now do ab crunches, some aerobic exercises and a couple of weight exercises every day at home. After I stopped gymming because I went to the US, I actually PUT on more flab, thanks to the increased level of appetite and nothing to work it off with!

…oh well, that’s called sore-ing to new heights of fitness! …and hopefully, your LDL and triglyerides will now start coming down a little, too….and Swati’s.
