Heh! just returned and found apparently there is a non-bailable warrant out for me.
Hmmm… the non-bailable part of it is pretty unusual, will have to sort that out tomorrow. Sigh! its been 10 years and they still are processing things…

I got a warrant out on me 2 years ago for not having an emission certificate!
It’s kind a understandable that they took 10 years to get to you.. because it’s people who don’t have the Rs25 piece of green paper that are the real threat to society! :-p
I wonder how many trees have been felled for producing all the emission under check certificates and how many have been lost to vehicles that wouldn’t pass the test.
